What is the difference between the Moments and Expressions kit?
The Moments kit focuses on Scrapbook page ideas as well as paper crafting ideas such as mini albums and home décor. Each month you will receive enough product to complete
4-6 layouts in addition to a completed altered item. Each kit includes oodles of embellishments and ribbon. The Expressions kit focuses on card making only. Each kit features coordinated pattern paper, cardstock and embellishment to complete at least 5 cards. Cards and envelopes are included with this kit.

When is my credit card billed for the kit?
ETM's goal is to bill cards on the 25 th of each month. If by chance I am traveling or the 25 th falls on the weekend, I bill within a day or two after. I will not bill before that date.

What method of payment do you accept?
ETM accepts Visa and Mastercard as well as pay pal, personal checks or cash. Credit Card or pay pal payments must be approved before your kit will ship. Check or cash payments are available for pick up customers only.

When does my kit ship? And what method of shipping do you use?
Kits ship the first of the month. Depending on the calendar day, ETM ships the first business day of the month. For example, if the 1 st falls on a Saturday, kits will ship the following Monday.
ETM ships all kits USPS Priority mail. Kits are packaged in priority mail boxes to insure against damage. ETM does utilize the USPS tracking services to insure safe arrival.

What are your shipping charges?
ETM charges a flat rate shipping and handling fee of $4.95 per kit. International charges available upon request.

What if my kit arrives damaged of missing product?
All of our kits are carefully packed to insure against any damage, however we realize that there may be the occasional problem with something damaged or missing. Please notify ETM within 10 days of receiving your kit so we can arrange to have the components replaced for you.

When will the kit project ideas be updated on the ETM web site?
Now that ETM has hired a new web designer, (YEAH!) all projects will be updated to the site by the 1rst of the month for that month's kit.

Is there a membership commitment?
No. ETM is auto-ship club. This simply means that you will continue to receive a kit each month until you cancel your membership. You must cancel your membership by the 25 th of the month prior to the month you are cancelling. For example, if you do not want to receive the April kit you will need to cancel March 25 th . NOTE: If you received a membership incentive such as a free tote you must commit to a 12 month membership.

ETM always wants you to enjoy your kit and the items you receive. We take pride in the fact that each kit is unique and appealing to all. However we do understand that you might not want to receive a specific kit. To skip a kit, simply e-mail kim(at) expressthemoment.com (the @ has been deleted to prevent spam) Please notify ETM no later than the 25 th of the month. I read and respond to e-mails EVERY DAY. If you have sent a message and have not received a response, please e-mail again or call me at 208-243-0245. Due to the order requirements on my end, please do not skip more than 3 kits within a 12 month period. THANK YOU!

To protect the creative integrity of our kits, we cannot offer any returns or exchanges. Once you receive your kit and it is paid for we can not accept returns unless it is damaged in the shipping process. All returns of damaged product must be approved by ETM.

Yes. You will receive a newsletter with in each kit. The newsletter consists of ideas on how to use your kit, layout sketch ideas, quotes, and more! In addition to the newsletter, you have access to the MEMBERS ONLY forum on the ETM web site giving you complete access to the projects designed by the ETM design team.

Express the Moment respects your privacy as a club member. Any and all information collected by ETM will be kept in strict confidence and will not be sold, rented or disclosed to a 3 rd party. Any information collected is reserved for ETM marketing and event promotion. ETM e-mails are sent on a regular basis. You have the right to decline these e-mails by following the un-subscribe link at the bottom of the e-mail.
