Hello! My name is Kim Rose. I guess you might say I am the chief chick, the CEO, the Pres, of Express the Moment. All of those terms sound so official. I just consider myself a simple girl from Idaho who turned a hobby into a business. Express the Moment started as simply an idea to bring unique scrapbooking events to this area.  Of course, I never imagined that idea growing to be what ETM has become today.

ETM organizes the largest Scrapbooking expo and conference in the entire state of Idaho . This event is unique to this area giving attendees the opportunity to experience the ultimate Scrapbooking weekend with incredible shopping and amazing classes offered. . Not only has the event portion of ETM grown but we have also added a complete online monthly kit program AND recently opened our retail store front! As you can imagine, I am a very busy, very tired, but very grateful woman who has been able to turn a passion into a additional income.

I would love to say that I have accomplished this entirely on my own through the years but I can't.  Along my journey I have come to meet the most wonderful people. From “industry celebrities” to the beginning scrapbooker who still has her photos in shoeboxes, each of they have taught me so much and truly made me a better person.

When you surf most web sites and visit their “design team” links, most gals only have headshots of themselves. I love these pictures and love reading about this talented ladies, but for my “bio” I felt it was important to include a picture of me with my family. Without my husband and three children, ETM would not be possible. It is impossible to express in words the love and gratitude I feel towards each of them. My husband Darren is my rock. He keeps me going. He has always supported this business and ready to help in any way I need whether it be fixing something on the computer to cutting paper. He is there! I am so blessed to have the children that I have. They have been just as much a part of this business. They help assemble page kits for the monthly club and crops. They are at Expo helping set up, passing out goodies, etc. I know that this business has been a way for us to teach them the value of work and also understand that when you put your mind to something you can accomplish it!

I hope this web site will be one you visit often. One that will inspire you. Scrapbooking has been a way for me to express those little “MOMENTS” in my life. To tell our story. To create a legacy. Thank you for being a part of ETM! To catch a glimpse of my daily happenings visit www.kimrose.typepad.com

Hi!  My name is Amanda Gibson and I am a scrapbook addict.  I am married to Jeff, my best friend in the world and the man of my dreams.  We've been married for eleven years this May.  I have one son named Jeffery, he's thirteen and every bit the teenager.  I work full time as a loan processor at a local mortgage company and I love my job (and I really love the scrapbooking money that I earn while I'm working!). I've been scrapping for about nine years now and I'm totally obsessed! I love the creative outlet that scrapbooking provides; I'm not a great painter, sculptor or writer but I feel like scrapbooking is an art in itself and I love to show how creative I can be. I am mostly a 9 x 9 scrapbooker, but I also like to do mini books and I'm always willing to try something new! I also love to alter just about anything; when I go to the store I'm always trying to figure out how to make things myself or how to make things better by adding paper and modge podge. I really feel that preserving memories is the most important thing. No matter what you do on your pages, whether is an extravagant layout or a plain white page with a picture and some journaling, I think that it is so awesome that you are taking the time to preserve your memories. Just think about how much your family will appreciate the gift you are giving them – precious family memories. Be sure to visit www.enjoyeverday.typepad.com for a glimpse into Amanda's every day life !

Tiffany Mitchell: I have been Scrapbooking for 7 years. I went to a Creative Memories party and have been hooked ever since. I feel that my creativity has grown tremendously in the last 2-3 years. I really enjoy creating layouts about the experiences that our family shares. I have taught a handful of Scrapbooking classes and have been published in Creating Keepsakes and Memory Makers magazine. I am currently working on publishing my own sketch idea book. Be sure to read about it on www.tiffanylmitchell.blogspot.com .

I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 11 wonderful years. He is so supportive of my addiction! I am the mother to two very handsome and energetic boys, Dalton , 5 and Jaxson, 2. As you can imagine, these three guys are usually the subjects of my layouts! When I am not Scrapbooking with my friend Amanda, I am a full time Cardiac Nurse and Assistant Manager at EIRMC in Idaho Falls, Idaho.

Jec Tyger: I have been married for 8 years to a very nice young man named Carl. We have one son who is 4, named is Lex. I have an online business selling vinyl decals. I started scrapbooking just after my son was born in 2003. I have always loved cutting up paper and gluing it back down. When I was younger I really wanted my mom to buy me one of the cute kits to make my valentines out of the Lillian Vernon catalog. I never got one I guess that is why I hoard scrap booking supplies now. I went to the local scrap book store and bought a kit to do the first several pages in his baby book. Soon after Jamie and I attended a beginners class taught by Amanda & Tiffany. They told us about the ETM Crops and I have been hooked every since. Scrapbooking has really changed in the last few years. It is fun too look back and see what “used” to be cute. I love trying new techniques. I do have to admit I do more shopping than scrapping. I have met some great friends along the way. I am so excited to be a part of the design team. I hope I can measure up.
